Hereford Medical Group’s aim is to provide high quality and compassionate care to the communities we serve and we appreciate your understanding during this time.  Below are some answers to questions which you may have about access during this time.

How will I make appointments? Please phone or visit your surgery to make an appointment during this time.

I am going to be moving house between now and July, how should I let the surgery know? Please phone or visit the surgery to update your personal details.

I find it really difficult to get through on the phone. I’m worried I won’t get my prescription in time or get an appointment?

Please allow plenty of time for ordering your prescriptions and booking routine appointments. We understand your concern and are aware of the extra demand on the phone system. You may want to seek advice from your friendly pharmacy team. Pharmacists can help recognise and treat many common illnesses. They can give advice and where appropriate, recommend over-the-counter medicines that could help clear up the problem. If they think you need to see a GP for your illness, they will advise you to do that.
